Digital Marketing Data Transformation

A global building materials company with multiple brands engaged InsyteGroup to enhance their digital marketing reporting and analytics capabilities.  The project was initiated by the Digital Marketing team, who were previously relying on Google Analytics and Looker Studio for reporting. However, limitations in data integration and flexibility meant they couldn’t achieve the depth of insight they required.

InsyteGroup was brought in after initial efforts by the client to introduce Power BI into their business stalled.  The introduction of the InsyteGroup solution enabled the unification and enrichment of data sources and enabled seamless integration with HubSpot and Salesforce.  We were able to unlock advanced capabilities such as tracking campaign performance across customer touchpoints, identifying trend shifts over time, and segmenting engagement by brand and channel—critical insights for any high-performing digital marketing function.

Our expert team led the project end-to-end, embedding with our client to fully understand their business goals. Acting as a bridge between the Digital Marketing and Data Engineering teams, we advised on data extraction and dashboard design, ensuring clarity, consistency, and stakeholder alignment throughout.

The outcome was a suite of dynamic dashboards that offered both high-level visibility and detailed drill-downs across their portfolio of brands. InsyteGroup also supported them in preparing their data architecture, empowering them to internalise and evolve their own Power BI solution. This ensured continuity and supported their broader ambition to enhance customer experience through data-driven insights
