Following the merger of four consultancies across NSW, Queensland, and Victoria a leading urban development advisor organisation faced the challenge of unifying operations and making sense of disparate systems. From these insights, we built out custom dashboards for functions such as Sales, Delivery, People, and Executive Leadership, alongside individualised ‘My Dashboard’ views for staff—each tailored to surface relevant metrics and governed by secure access controls.

At the heart of this solution was the transformation of scattered information into a reliable, centralised data model. We designed and implemented robust data pipelines to feed near real-time information into Power BI, eliminating the need for time-consuming exports and manual reconciliation. As a result, teams could access up-to-date insights with confidence—anywhere, anytime.
